The team covers an extremely diverse spectrum of BVI, Cayman Islands and Bermuda finance law related financings. Requirements
Experience in fund finance, margin loans and structured equity finance and/or leveraged and acquisition finance, would be of particular interest. Chinese language skills not essential.
