Singapore’s Drew & Napier has reinforced its international arbitration expertise with the appointment of Abhinav Bhushan as director.
“Singapore will continue to be a promising global dispute resolution hub with Drew & Napier at its epicentre,” Bhushan told Asia Business Law Journal.
Bhushan served as the chief executive for Asia and an international arbitrator at 39 Essex Chambers in Singapore. He held the director position for South Asia at the ICC International Court of Arbitration from 2016 to 2021.
As part of his new role, Bhushan will join the international arbitration and litigation team led by Mahesh Rai.
“The ultimate goal of course is to provide excellent legal advice and strong outcomes to our clients,” Bhushan said.
