Chinese companies listed overseas are adding new momentum to their current going-private waves despite the recent volatility in the capital markets back home.
“The recent A-share crash is unlikely to halt the going-private trend. In the long run, I think that the A-share market is the home for certain types of Chinese companies”, Stephanie Tang told China Business Law Journal.
