Cooley, Orrick advise on Freshworks IPO

Cooley advised software-as-a-service (SaaS) company Freshworks on its recent USD1.13 billion IPO, while Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe advised the underwriters to the issue.

Freshworks began trading on the Nasdaq on 22 September.

Cooley’s team was led by its Palo Alto-based partners Jon Avina, Dave Segre and Calise Cheng, and included associate Sepideh Mousakhani.

Orrick’s team was led by its San Francisco-based partners Bill Hughes and Niki Fang, and included partners Richard Martinelli, Harry Clark, Shannon Yavorsky and JT Ho, senior associates Tyler Miller and Ken Marx, managing associate Taylor Ball, associates Jimmy Frost and Anika Nayyar, and economist and compliance specialist Greg Hume.
