Zhao Xiao is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng and concurrently a commissioner at the Professional Commission of Labour and Social Security Law at the Beijing Lawyers Association. His law practice concentrates on HR compliance, stock incentive compensation, corporate internal governance and commercial dispute resolution.
