Introduction

Zang Xin graduated with LL.B and LL.M degrees in Economic Law from the Law School of Peking University. Since his graduation, he has been working as a full-time lawyer at Grandway, specialising in corporate and securities law.

In his years of practice in securities law, Zang has been entrusted by many clients to undertake IPOs, M&A and restructuring and refinancing projects. He has considerable achievements to his name in such fields as securities issuance, investment, M&A and equity incentive. His clients come from industries such as science and technology, culture, environmental protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, consumer, automotive, new energy, new materials and equipment manufacturing. His considerable experience and ability to control risk have made him a core member of the securities law business at Grandway and a member of the internal supervision panel at several securities companies. He has been an external expert at the SSE Training Center for Entrepreneurial Enterprises as an external expert instructing would-be listed companies.

He has been recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific/Greater China Region and Chambers Global as a leading lawyer in the area of Capital Markets: Debt and Equity over many years. He has been included in the 2021 ALB China Top 15 Rising Lawyers and the 2021 LegalBand Client Choice: Top 15 Capital  Markets Versatile Practitioners.
