Introduction

Wang Qing is a senior partner and a member of the management committee of Lantai Partners. Her main practice areas are banking and finance, asset management, and complex civil and commercial dispute resolution. She provides major transaction special legal services and retained legal advisory services for various banking financial institutions.

Wang excels at solving financial disputes through innovative and complex transaction structures. She has represented parties in many Supreme Court retrial cases, appeal cases and investment and financing dispute arbitration cases, some of which have attracted wide public attention and become important leading cases. Cases in which she has appeared have been selected as typical cases in the Commercial Trial Guidance of the Supreme People’s Court of China.
