Introduction

Wang Yupeng (Mark) specialises in financial leasing, commercial factoring, equity investment and other investment and financing businesses as well as related dispute resolution. His clients include investment enterprises set up by many Fortune 500 multinational companies and state-owned and private enterprises. He took part in gathering opinions from legal pundits regarding the drafting of the Supreme People’s Court’s Interpretation on the Issues of Applicable Laws in the Trial of Disputes over Financial Leasing Contracts and the Financial Leasing section in Civil Code.

Wang has extensive experience in handling cases involving dispute resolution in the fields of finance and corporate investment. He has represented many multinational companies in settling disputes and has handled enforcement cases in People’s Courts at different levels in various provinces and cities as well as before arbitration institutions such as CIETAC. He also represents clients in the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
