Introduction

Liang Shuang is the director and managing partner of Grandall Law Firm（Tianjin). Her main practice fields are banking finance, capital markets, company law and government legal services. Liang has more than 10 years of legal service experience in North China and she was awarded the title of China Outstanding Lawyer by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China. She was rated as one of the leading lawyers in the financial and enterprise fields of China’s regional legal market by IFLR1000 China for two consecutive years. She won third place in the corporate and commercial field in the 2021 Asia-Pacific Guide and won second place in the corporate and commercial field (Tianjin) in the Greater China Region Guide 2022.

Among her other achievements, Liang was employed as the evaluation expert of the Expert Committee for civil administrative litigation supervision of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the specially invited mediator of the Tianjin Higher People’s Court, a member of the talent think tank for case evaluation of Tianjin Municipal Commission of Politics and Law, the director of Financial Professional Committee of the Tianjin Lawyers Association, the specially invited mediator of diversified dispute resolution mechanism in the financial field of Tianjin Binhai New Area People’s Court, the director of the Heping District Working Committee of Tianjin Lawyers Association, and the mediator of the Tianjin Financial Expenditure Dispute Mediation Center.

Liang’s professional fields are in the main asset securitisation, private investment funds, enterprise issuance, listing and refinancing, financial institutions, enterprise investment and financing, M&A.
