Introduction
Weng Guanxing (Eugene), a partner at Wintell & Co, obtained his LLB degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2006, and his common law Juris Doctor from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2008.
Weng provides legal support to industries connecting to international supply chains. He has rich experience in fields including international dispute resolution, arbitration in sport, cross-border transactions and investment, crisis PR and financial derivatives. Weng has a comprehensive understanding of complex commercial transactions.
Weng provides professional advice to governmental bureaus and SOEs regarding trade sanctions, trade remedies, how to answer to investigations of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy and other international trade matters.
Weng is a visiting researcher at CUPL, a mediator of the Shanghai International Arbitration Center, a visiting lecturer at SUPL and an associate member of CIArb. Weng also acts as the researcher (arbitration) and BD for the Shanghai Bar Association.
