Introduction

Eric Zhou is a senior partner at AllBright Law Offices and is based in its Shanghai Office. He specialises in private equity and venture capital, banking and finance, general corporate law, M&A, and dispute resolution. Since joining AllBright in 2017, Zhou had handled multiple influential equity investments projects and M&A projects, including providing legal services to PE firms, including CDH Investment, GGV capital and V Star Capital, in their investments in, for example, Lianjia, Mindray Medical and UIH Medical. Throughout his career, Zhou has provided high-quality and comprehensive legal services for en-bloc property acquisition projects, such as the acquisitions of the 21st Century Building in Lujiazui and of Sanlin InCity in Pudong. Zhou has also accumulated sizeable experience in the fields of dispute resolution relating to equity and debt investment. Zhou is currently a member of the Youth Working Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, a member of the Fund Business Research Committee, and a part-time tutor of post-graduate students of the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a part-time tutor for post-graduate students of the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
