Introduction

Cindy Guo has practised in leading law firms in China for more than 10 years, during which she completed a secondment to 3M as legal counsel handling their healthcare and automotive industry matters.

Guo’s wide experience covers M&A, corporate & commercial, as well as outbound and inbound investments. She frequently advises large MNCs, such as 3M, Coca-Cola, Mycronic, ALS, Heineken, Shanying, Fullshare, Lincoln, Linde, Marubeni and Driscoll’s on both operational and transactional matters. She advises various well-known private equity funds, investment banks, family offices and other financial institutions on equity investment and financing projects. Guo has also advised various clients on ESOP structure designing.

Guo is very familiar with industrial sectors such as high-end manufacturing, bio-pharmaceutical and new energy vehicles. In addition, she has assisted Chinese clients with cross-border transactions involving the US, the UK, Sweden, Korea, Japan and Vietnam.
