Introduction

Chen Zhuo is a partner of Tian Yuan Law Firm and works in the dispute resolution department. He has 15 years of career experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration and has extensive experience in handling disputes over company equity, state-owned asset transfers, real estate, financial and asset management and other similar cases. Chen Zhuo graduated from Peking University and joined Tian Yuan Law Firm in 2007. He is admitted to practise in China.

Chen Zhuo is skilled in handling civil and commercial litigation cases heard by the Supreme People’s Court and the Higher People’s Courts in various provinces. In recent years, he has won several cases heard by the Supreme People’s Court involving amounts ranging from hundreds of millions to billions of yuan. He has also acted as an attorney in a number of arbitration cases heard by the CIETAC and BIAC, and has acted as an expert witness on PRC law in several cases in the High Court of Hong Kong and HKIAC. Chen Zhuo’s team is currently one of the most experienced lawyer teams in China settling disputes over securities margin trading.

Chen Zhuo is a member of the Company Law Committee and the Youth Working Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
