Introduction

Zhong Junfang joined Tahota in 2009, and is currently a senior partner at the law firm.

Since being in legal practice, Zhong has focused on real estate, construction law (including but not limited to traditional housing projects, public-private partnership projects and engineering, procurement and construction projects). She specialises in due diligence and whole transaction legal services in M&A projects regarding real estate, important litigation and arbitration services. Zhong has strong experience regarding the whole process of real estate development, and is competent to solve the legal risks concerning whole construction projects, which assures clients have an effective legal risk prevention system.

Zhong Junfang has also participated in the compilation of the monograph Complex Legal Issues and Judgment Opinions of Typical Cases in Commercial Properties Sales, summarising her years of experience in providing legal services for real estate companies, and acting in various types of litigation cases. Addressing legal dilemmas encountered by developers in the sales process, the book conducted case studies and compared judgment opinions on major and difficult issues, so as to help developers regulate the sales process and avoid risks and unnecessary losses.
