Introduction

Ye Shuli graduated from Kingston University and Manchester University, and has practised in the foreign-related, corporate and commercial fields for 10 years. Ye has extensive experience in international trade (export control and sanctions), international corporate compliance, cross-border investment, M&A, cross-border restructuring and liquidation, and commercial dispute resolution.

Ye is highly recognised in the foreign-related legal services area for her professionalism and extensive experience. In the past few years, she has led many related compliance projects, including but not limited to: Provided compliance services for a data information project of a leading company; provided compliance guidance regarding the US export control and sanction-related listing risks for a leading company; provided full compliance services for a leading company in the steel industry; and provided solutions for a large domestic aviation enterprise regarding sensitive US export controls issues related to its business.

Ye is one of the Ministry of Justice’s “Chinese leading elite lawyers in the cross-border related legal services field”, and an All China Lawyers Association selected visiting scholar to be trained in the US. She is also the deputy director of the international investment and trade law committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
