Introduction

Xia Huijun graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LLB and LLM degree. She obtained her second LLM degree from Ghent University, Belgium. Xia joined Llinks Law Offices in 2008, and has been practising for more than 12 years.

Xia possesses rich knowledge and practical experience in security Issuance, M&A, private equity and venture capital.

Within the area of security issuance, she has provided legal services for a number of large private enterprises and foreign-invested companies in relation to initial public offerings (IPOs), bond issuances and private placements.

Xia is also dedicated to a variety of practices including M&A/restructuring, private equity/venture capital, and has provided legal services to prestigious international and domestic companies on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, investment and corporate restructurings (including reverse takeovers).

Xia is also one of the auditors of Guideline for VIE Structure Enterprise to Return to Domestic Capital Market (published by Shanghai Small and Medium Enterprises Listing Promotion Centre) and Practice of Legal Due Diligence (published by Law Press China). Xia was awarded by CLCESS as one of its 2020 Top 10 Outstanding Young Lawyers.
