Introduction

Wang Haixia has been practising since 2009, and has accumulated rich experience in the fields of trusts, PE, asset securitisation and financial products. She specialises in traditional financial product design, as well as restructuring of financial products, with enterprises, IPOs, M&A, public-private partnerships, etc. For these legal services, Wang can assist clients to clearly demonstrate transactional structure and design satisfactory trading schemes.

Depending on the transformation of the business of trust companies, and the good M&A and capital markets business background of Jia Yuan, Wang is able to co-operate with clients to launch innovative business models within trusts and capital markets, equity investments and asset securitisation, which reflects the differentiated competitive advantages of Jia Yuan’s trust team, thus establishing a good reputation among trust companies, and good co-operative relations with trust companies such as CITIC Trust, CCB Trust, Zhongrong Trust, CRC Trust and AVIC Trust.

Wang has provided legal services for many PE funds including CCB Capital, China Railway Capital, and CCCC Fund. Representative deals include the National Reform Fund, Science and Technology Innovation Fund, Family Growth Fund, Major Asset Restructuring Fund, Fixed Value Increase and Mitigation Reform Fund, and Biomedical Fund.

Wang has co-operated with many securities companies such as CITIC Securities, CICC, Guotai Junan Securities and CMS, as well as many national enterprises such as China Railway, China Power Construction and China Communications Construction. She has also participated in the first innovative issuance of products in many markets. Her team has played an important role in the issuance of products, with rich experience accumulated over the years, and has been highly praised and recommended by clients.

Wang also serves as an independent director of a listed company, and was hired as an asset securitisation expert by the Securities Association of China. She was named as one of the China Top 15 Lawyers: Rising Partners in 2020.
