Introduction

Qian Jun graduated from Fudan University Law School, and has been practising for more than 10 years. He is the youngest equity partner at Global Law office.

Qian is one of Global Law office’s Shanghai-based partners. His main practice areas include domestic capital markets, M&A, fund formation, PE/VC investment & venture capital, and settlement of major investment and financing disputes. Qian is not only a PRC-qualified lawyer, but also a certified public accountant and certified tax adviser admitted to practice in the PRC. Qian is skilled in providing a comprehensive legal service for clients by integrating financial and taxation knowledge.
