Introduction

Li Jing graduated from the Law School of Lanzhou University, and has been in business for more than 10 years. Li is currently a senior partner of DOCVIT. She was a member of the securities professional committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and is currently a member of the commercial arbitration committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.

Li has a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and development trends of the financial industry. She is familiar with NPL disposal and investment. With her rich experience in commercial dispute resolution and bankruptcy areas, Li leads a professional team that provides legal services for plenty of financial and investment institutions. She is also good at handling company-related dispute resolution, equity financing, M&A, employee incentives, providing pre-IPO counselling for large companies, and providing legal services for lots of listed companies. In addition, Li is a lawyer who integrates a “hands-on” and “research-based” approach. She and her team have published professional books such as Bank Loan Legal Risk Management and Landing on the NEEQ.
