Introduction

Han Rubing started practising law in 2008, and has had 13 years of experience as an attorney. Han has been deeply involved in the asset management field, and has extensive legal service experience in asset management, in such fields as insurance, trusts, funds and banking. In recent years, she has expanded her business into such fields as infrastructure, project finance and asset securitisation. Han is currently a legal expert at the Insurance Asset Management Association of China.

Han works as a project lawyer for PICC Asset, CPIC Asset, CPIC, Taiping Asset, Ping An Asset, Ping An Trust, Taikang Asset, CCB Life Asset Management, Sun Life Everbright Asset Management, Zhongying Yili Asset, Changjiang Pension, Ping An Pension, Generali Asset, Sunshine Asset, Union Asset, Evergrande Life, etc., providing legal services in respect of debt investment schemes, equity investment schemes, direct equity and real right investment.

Since 2014, she has provided legal services in respect of more than 80 debt investment schemes and other insurance asset management products, involving an investment of more than RMB100 billion. She has advised: Poly (Hengqin) Capital Management on the establishment of dozens of private equity investment funds; Wanda Plaza on the issuance of CMBS asset securitisation products; BRC, China Oceanwide Property, Sunac Property, Shimao Property and other companies on the supply chain finance with ABS, ABN, asset securitisation trusts and other businesses; Shengjing Bank on the issuance of CLO, RMBS and other businesses; and multiple financial leasing companies on the issuance of asset securitisation products.

Han has also provided perennial legal advice for China Construction Engineering Corporation, China Construction First Group Corporation, China Construction Fangcheng Investment & Development Group, and China National Construction Infrastructure Corporation. She has also provided legal services for public-private partnership (PPP) projects, fixed-asset investments, mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, state-owned assets management, project finance, real estate development, and comprehensive urban development.
