Qiao Zhaoshu is a senior partner of Beijing Docvit Law Firm. She has a master’s degree in law from the China University of Political Science and Law. Her main practice areas are private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions. She has great depth of experience in these fields, and adheres to the principle of professionalisation, standardisation and differentiation during her whole career.
