Introduction

Yang Xueyu is a managing partner of Hui Zhong Law Firm’s Beijing office. She devotes her focus to international commercial, investment arbitration and cross-border litigation, with particular expertise in handling complex contentious matters involving multiple jurisdictions. Yang has advised both domestic and foreign clients in a broad range of sectors such as real estate, construction, IT, biotechnology, hi-tech, and automobiles in proceedings conducted at the ICSID, PCA, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC and different levels of domestic courts including the Supreme People’s Court of China.

Yang is licensed in China and the State of New York. She is an arbitrator at the HKIAC and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and a specialist mediator of the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
