Introduction

Shaw Zhao obtained his LLB from the Wuhan University and his LLM from Central University of Finance and Economics. Zhao has been admitted to the PRC bar.

Zhao is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng, and a commissioner at the Professional Commission of Labour and Social Security Law in the Beijing Lawyers Association.

Zhao’s legal practice concentrates on the areas of HR compliance, stock incentive compensation, corporate internal governance and commercial dispute resolution. Zhao is distinguished at providing high-quality legal services for domestic and foreign companies, including representing clients in labour dispute cases, commercial dispute cases, collective negotiations, non-competition disputes and trade secrets disputes, providing legal consultation on issues regarding labour law, reviewing, drafting and revising corporate internal rules and other legal documents, and formulating optimum proposals. In addition, Zhao has successfully handled matters involving template designs for stock incentive compensation agreements template design, trade secrets and talent contention, HR compliance, employee settlement, executives’ dismissal, emergency management, labour dispatch and HR outsourcing, corporate control contention, etc.
