Having international vision and experience in London, New York and Hong Kong, Yang Yuhua has focused on cross-border international practice, serving Chinese and international clients active in various industries including financial services, funds, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare and life sciences, energy, environmental protection, infrastructure, internet and e-commerce, TMT, education, sports and entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, tourism, hotel management, etc.

Her work has been greatly appreciated by clients, particularly with regard to her pragmatic and constructive advice in structuring complex transactions, the efficient and effective handling of voluminous documents, her full competence in painstaking negotiations in English, and the provision of value-added services in cross-border matters.

She is included in the talent pool established by the Ministry of Justice, identifying experienced lawyers in international legal practice. She also serves as a legal expert for the EU SME Centre.
