Introduction

Wei Wei is a partner of Chengming Zezheng (CM) Law Firm. Wei has completed a considerable number of IPOs and corporate restructuring deals during her career. She provides legal advice and service to facilitate the entry into the capital market, and the completion of strategic corporate restructuring, for numerous large-scale enterprises and financial institutions.

Wei was recognized as: a Legalband 2020 Client Choice Top 15 Female Lawyers; Legalband 2020 A Client’s Guide Top Ranked Lawyers, Medical and Life Sciences Band 2; and ALB China 2017 Rising Star Lawyer.

Wei has led numerous projects that have won awards from reputable domestic and overseas institutions, including advising SF Holding in its A-share backdoor listing, which won the Best Chinese Deal of the Year 2016 from ALB; the international Euro bond issuance by Fosun Group, which won the Outstanding Deal of the Year 2013 award from China Business Law Journal; and the Hong Kong IPO of Sinopharm, which was awarded the Best IPO of the Year and Best Equity Deal of the Year in 2009.

Wei’s law practice concentrates on corporate and security law, with expertise in corporate reorganisation and restructuring, IPO, M&A, project financing, foreign investment, and corporate.
