Introduction

Liu Yinghong is a managing partner of Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm, and head of capital markets panel and director of Jincheng Tongda & Neal’s Shenzhen office. He has also been appointed as an independent director of a number of listed companies, and is a member of the investment banking business of securities companies.

Liu obtained a Bachelor’s degree in economic law from Zhejiang University, and a Master’s degree in international economic law and European Union law from the University of Sheffield in the UK. He joined Beijing Jincheng Tongda & Neal Law Firm in 2004.

Liu possesses great theoretical and practical knowledge, first-class expertise, and rich practice experience. With almost 20 years of “hands on” experience, he has been focusing on legal services in the fields of domestic and overseas listings, domestic and foreign mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, private equity investment and foreign investment, and has developed a tremendous reputation with many established corporations, banks and agencies.

Liu has successfully completed dozens of A-share, H-share and US stock IPO projects for major listed companies, and many of the acquisition and restructuring projects he has contributed to are pioneering cases in the capital market.
