Introduction

Li Yuling is the founding senior partner of Hansheng Law Offices, and has 15 years of experience in the legal field. Li focuses on foreign-related legal services and has rich experience in international litigation and arbitration, cross-border transactions, M&A, international intellectual property, export controls and trade sanctions in the US, internet security and data protection, etc.

She also has solid knowledge in the industries of solar energy, aerospace, vehicles, medical, semiconductor and other high-tech sectors.
