Introduction

Jenny Ma is managing partner at Hiways Law Firm. Her law practice concentrates in the areas of commercial and financial crimes, enterprise criminal compliance management and commercial dispute resolution. For more than 20 years in practice, Ma provides customers with cutting-edged legal services with a professional and efficient attitude, in order to avoid the criminal and economic risks faced by customers.

Ma has won many awards, such as: The Outstanding Party Member Lawyers in the National Lawyers Industry; and The Outstanding Female Lawyers in Shanghai. At present, Ma is a China International Trade commercial mediator, the managing director of Shanghai Case Law Research Association, and a part-time master tutor in many well-known universities. Apart from that, she has served as legal adviser for dozens of companies including Zhenhua Port Machinery, Shanghai Baosteel Group, China Unicom, etc.
