Introduction

Hao Han mainly focuses on real estate, private equity funds, structured financing and dispute resolution, which includes providing real estate developers with legal services regarding primary land development, land consolidation, establishment of project companies, project acquisition, foreign investment, development and construction of real estate projects, sales, property management, lease and operation of office buildings/shopping malls, bulk purchase and sale of properties, listing and structured financing of real estate development enterprises, etc., and also includes representation for domestic and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration cases regarding real estate disputes in courts of different levels, and various arbitration tribunals.

Hao provides perennial legal services for various reputable domestic and foreign real estate developers such as COFCO Land, China Resources Land, Huayuan Properties, Longfor Group, Sino-Ocean Group, Blue-ray Real Estate, SOHO China Limited, Beijing Guohua Property (the developer of China Central Place, Beijing), etc. He has also provided legal services regarding investment, financing and M&A projects to various domestic and foreign real estate funds established by CDH Investments, IDG Capital Partners, Gohigh Capital, CITICPE, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Vantone Real Estate Fund, CITIC Trust, etc.
