Introduction

Cao Huijie is the managing partner of Grandall Law Firm, Tianjin. Her practice areas include M&A, data protection and dispute resolution, and she has been practiscing PRC law for more than 15 years.

Cao has handled many cases involving the mixed reform of state-owned enterprises, equity incentive, M&A, reorganisation and integration. She is familiar with the operation, risk prevention and control of M&A. She is currently an expert in civil and administrative cases of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the arbitrator of Tianjin Arbitration Commission, and the deputy director of the civil and commercial professional committee of Tianjin Lawyers Association.
