Alan Zhou is a lead partner in the life sciences and healthcare practice of Global Law Office, with a strong background in the life sciences & healthcare (L&H) practice. He focuses on M&A, regulatory compliance and general corporate.

As a participant or as an external counsel, Zhou has been engaged by local authorities and industrial associations for advising on legislation and industrial standards in the L&H industry, topics of which include online hospital, digital marketing, medial insurance reform, medical representative management, and other compliance topics.
