    Xie Chenyang, Doctor of Juridical Science, is vice president and chief legal officer at Foxconn Industrial Internet, and former legal management centre general manager at GCL Group. She manages a portfolio of more than 350 domestic and international legal entities and has championed the adoption of AI-driven legal tools and automated contract review systems, enhancing both the efficiency and precision of the group's legal function.

    Prior to joining Yuanli, Wang was a senior counsel at King & Wood, where her practice focused on capital markets and cross-border investment and transactions. She holds a BA from the China University of Political Science and Law and an LLM from Emory University School of Law. She is also a Certified Data Compliance Officer, issued by the China Cybersecurity Review, Certification and Market Regulation Big Data Center (CCRC).
