Chen Yifu graduated from Wuhan University and currently serves as the Senior Legal Director at Xiaomi Legal Department. He has switched different professional roles including engineer, entrepreneur, lawyer and legal counsel in his career, providing a fusion perspective and insights into technology, business and legal.

He delivers interdisciplinary practical experience in dispute resolution, consumer rights, intellectual property, data and privacy compliance, labour and employment to support Xiaomi’s business achievements. He also makes legislative suggestions, and participates in the drafting of professional standards.

Besides his legal profession, Chen also focuses on team building and career development of employees, teaching legal compliance and leadership courses in Xiaomi’s internal training programme, and he is rated as a popular internal training lecturer by Xiaomi employees.

Gao Yingze, who graduated from the Law School of Renmin University of China, has been engaged in litigation and compliance consulting practice in law firms since 2017. She joined Bluepha in 2022, and is mainly responsible for daily compliance management and providing full legal support for Bluepha’s major projects. Since joining the company, Gao has established a comprehensive system to implement compliance management and provide legal support for daily business operations. With her experience in dispute handling and business negotiation skills accumulated during her practice as a lawyer, she has played an important role in the negotiation process of several major contracts and effectively safeguarded Bluepha’s interests.

Catherine Liu is General Counsel at Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a leading pan-Asian developer and operator of internet infrastructure in 14 cities across five countries. Headquartered in Singapore with a presence and operations in China, Singapore, India, Indonesia and Japan, its portfolio of data centres powers the expansion of hyperscalers and enterprises in the fastest-growing digital economies across Asia.

With 20 data centre projects in different stages across five markets, and dealing with even more legal jurisdictions, Liu has built a high-impact team that navigates complex issues across multiple legal systems and disciplines. As the first general counsel of the group, Liu oversees all aspects of the legal function at PDG, including M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, construction and projects, corporate governance and compliance, commercial and operational contracts, and stakeholder management across all areas. Prior to joining PDG, Liu was a seasoned private equity and M&A attorney specialising in high-value cross-border transactions in the technology and real estate sectors, practising with Morrison & Foerster and Allen & Overy.

Liu Jinqiao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, and his main fields of business are capital markets, M&A and private equity investment. He is well-experienced in A shares and IPO projects, and skilled in designing transaction structures.

After joining Sina Group, Liu has provided stable legal services to assist the group in enacting dozens of investment and merger transactions. Those transactions cover many different fields such as TMT, smart homes, games, e-sports, finance and real estate, involving investment amounts of more than RMB1 billion. He is always able to understand and balance the needs of all parties involved in the transaction, and provide professional customised solutions for transactions, which are well received by the internal business units and external counsel. In addition, Liu has extensive practical experience in the field of anti-monopoly examination of business concentration.
