Chance Bridge Partners has expanded its dispute resolution team with the addition of Beijing-based partner Yu Jing.
Yu was a former Beijing judge who adjudicated on commercial cases and she had previously practised at Zhong Lun Law Firm.
During her career, Yu has honed her experience in civil and commercial dispute resolution, arbitration, corporate governance, private equity, and investment funds.
China CAMC Engineering, Hainan Jingliang and Kyland Technology are among the listed companies that have appointed Yu as legal counsel. Her clients also include state-owned enterprises and large private corporations.
Over the course of eight years working in the judicial system, Yu mainly adjudicated on contract dispute cases involving loans, compensation and wealth management. She also made judgments on financial cases linked to securities, insurance and negotiable instruments.
