Dushyant Kumar, formerly a counsel at the International Finance Corporation, has joined AP & Partners as a partner to strengthen the firm’s expertise in the corporate, finance and policy practices.
Kumar has extensive experience in providing transactional and advisory services to a diverse clientele, including both domestic and international clients, across various sectors such as corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, among others.
Before joining AP & Partners, Kumar served as legal counsel at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. During his tenure, he oversaw numerous equity and structured equity investments, as well as advisory projects across India and several countries in the South Asian and Southeast Asian regions. Kumar has also previously worked at Trilegal.
