Managing partner Eric Johnson of Freshfields’ Hanoi office advised on Vietnam law with associate Dieu Linh Ha, while labour and employment was provided by partner Stephanie Chiu and associate Emily Rigler Gillingham. Tokyo-based partner Laurent Bougard advised on antitrust, competition and trade matters.

Baker McKenzie advised BizLink on the transaction, while Citigroup and JP Morgan Securities Asia acted as financial advisers to BizLink and Blackstone, respectively.

Interplex Datacom designs and manufactures customised mechanical, structural and interconnect components for data centres and AI servers. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
