After spending 12 years, including more than five as a partner, at Tilleke & Gibbins, Ho Chi Minh City-based corporate and commercial lawyer Nguyen Quoc Vinh joins Indochine Counsel as a senior counsel.
Nguyen is an expert in M&A, banking and finance, real estate, energy, hospitality, insurance, fintech, arbitration, and other corporate and commercial matters.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the public sector as a legal expert at the Judicial Support Department, the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam, before moving to Mayer Brown and Russin & Vecchi.
Apart from being a private practice lawyer, Nguyen is an adjunct lecturer at Vietnam’s Judicial Academy and Ho Chi Minh City’s University of Law, providing counsel to numerous government ministries in the country.
In November 2021, he received a commendation from the Minister of Justice in recognition of his contributions to the development of the legal profession in Vietnam.
