Fangda Partners represented China Integrated Circuit Industry Fund II (“CICIF II”) in its investment in Changxin Jidian (Beijing) Storage Technology Co., Ltd (“Changxin Jidian”). The investment amount of CICIF II is RMB15 billion. The transaction was closed in April, 2022. The Fangda team on this deal was led by partner Xueyan Jiang, and team members include counsel Chao Huang and associate Tini Luo. Fangda handled the legal due diligence, negotiation and documentation for this deal. Changxin Jidian focuses on the manufacture of DRAM chips.
