On October 7, 2021, Tam Jai International Co., Ltd. (“Tam Jai International”) successfully IPO and listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2217.HK).

Tam Jai International is the leading and well-known chain restaurant operator of TamJai Yunnan Mixian (“TamJai”) and TamJai SamGor Mixian (“SamGor”), a fast casual restaurant chain in Hong Kong, China. As of September 13, 2021, a total of 156 restaurants were operated, including 76 TamJai restaurants and 74 SamGor restaurants in the 18 districts of Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories, 3 TamJai restaurants in Shenzhen, Mainland China, and 3 SamGor restaurant in Singapore. According to Euromonitor’s report, Tam Jai International ranks first in Hong Kong’s Asian noodle specialty stores based on revenue in 2020, accounting for approximately 64.4% of the market.
