Zhou has been the lead lawyer representing clients such as Link REIT, CapitaLand, AIA Life, Gaw Capital, Tishman, Warburg Pincus in several benchmark and mega-sized transactions. Recently completed transactions include representing CapitaLand in its acquisition of Shangpu Centre and Beijing Suning Life Plaza, representing AIA in its acquisition of AIA Financial Centre, representing Link REIT in its acquisition of Shanghai Qibao Vanke Plaza and Guangzhou Happy Valley, and representing NCI in its acquisition of a Shanghai high-end pension real estate project.
