Zhao Yanchun

Introduction

Zhao Yanchun is an equity partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm. He has extensive experience in the establishment, investment and compliance of private equity funds. During his over 15 years of practice, Zhao has provided comprehensive legal services for numerous funds including VC, PE, industry investment funds, funds of funds and government guiding funds.
