Zhao Feng specialises in security compliance and litigation, securities-related criminal defence, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in serving multinational and domestic clients.
With dual expertise in compliance and litigation, Zhao offers comprehensive legal services of security compliance and litigation. In the upstream, she advises the development and refinement of compliance systems, as well as conducting compliance evaluation. In the midstream, she advises clients in nimbly navigating regulatory investigations and administrative penalties, and vigorously defends clients in administrative hearings. In the downstream, she represents clients in securities fraud civil litigation, and securities-related criminal litigation. Zhao’s clientele includes listed companies, directors, supervisors and senior executives, intermediary institutions, financial institutions, investment institutions, etc.
With a unique educational background in law and finance, Zhao is especially well positioned to handle cases involving complex financial and accounting intricacies. In the securities realm, Zhao has: represented Leshi’s sponsor in non-public offering in its securities fraud litigation; managed Kangdexin’s information disclosure violation case; and managed the first listed company securities criminal case in which a third-party supervision assessment mechanism for compliance construction applied.
Zhao has handled matters concerning the compliance and litigation of asset management products and custodian services.
