Zhang Haomiao

Introduction

Zhang Haomiao obtained his JD degree (US Law) and Master’s degree (Chinese Law) at Peking University. He also has a background in computer science, and qualifications as a patent attorney. His main practice areas are intellectual property litigation and commercial dispute resolution. He has wide litigation experience, and good command of court arguments and confrontations, and has won the “Best Debater” in major debate competitions dozens of times. He was also awarded “Special Issues”, “Top 15 Lawyers”, and “Outstanding Dispute Resolution Award” by well-known legal rating agencies such as The Legal 500, Business Law, and LegalBand. He is selected as the “Leading Talent in Foreign-related Lawyers in Guangdong Province”, and serves as an external tutor of Peking University.
