Introduction

Zhang Han is a partner at Jingtian & Gongcheng specialising in domestic and foreign securities issuance, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, corporate investment and financing, private equity, venture capital and funds, etc.

Zhang has been working in legal services for more than 15 years. and has successively represented several companies in their restructuring, listing, investment and financing, merger and reorganisation, equity incentive and perennial legal counsel projects, including: JiangSu JiuWu Hi-Tech; Inno Laser Technology; Kennede Electronics Manufacturing; China Great Wall Securities; Shanghai Dehui Group; and Jiangxi Copper Corporation.
