Zhan Hao

Introduction

Zhan Hao obtained his PhD in law from Peking University and completed his post-doctoral research on economics. His competence in both law and economics gives him an edge in counselling on antitrust and insurance issues. In his more than 20 years’ practice of law, Zhan has represented clients, including many blue chip and Fortune 500 companies, from a wide range of sectors in many influential insurance and antitrust cases. In addition, Zhan has been rated as a recommended lawyer in China in the practice areas of insurance and reinsurance, dispute resolution, and antitrust/competition for many years by Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal, GCR, Legal 500, ALB China, and Expert Guides.

He also serves as the International Chamber of Commerce Competition Commission Regional Ambassador for China, of which he is also Vice Chairman. He is an arbitrator with the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, among other arbitral institutions.
