Introduction
Ye Fei is a senior partner at Beijing Jincheng & Tongda Law Firm, a director at Jincheng & Tongda’s Nanjing office, vice chairman of the Intermediary Organisation Practitioners Branch of the Jiangsu New Social Stratum Association, deputy director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the China Democratic Construction Association, and a member of the 12th Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Youth Federation.
He has been awarded several provincial, national and international honours and awards for excellent legal services and influence in the industry, and has also been honoured with Influential Expert of the China Asset Securitisation Forum.
Ye is good at handling matters involving private equity investments, securities and capital markets, infrastructure investment construction, and commercial insurance. In the funds sector, he has advised industries, including infrastructure, internet, energy, real estate and medicine for clients such as the Nanjing Jiangbei Infrastructure Equity Investment Fund, the Nanjing Jiangbei New District Shed Reform Private Equity Investment Fund, the Nanjing Yangzi Urban Development Investment Fund, the Nanjing Yangzi Environmental Infrastructure Investment Fund, the Nanjing Yangzijiang Investment, Jiangsu High Investment and other types of funds.
In securities, Ye has advised on bond issuances for several domestic companies. Some key clients include Nanjing Metro, Nanjing Trading, Nanjing Yangzi Group, Nanjing Anju Group, Nanjing Railway Investment and other large enterprises. He successfully completed the nation’s first secured housing asset securitisation project, the first single rail transit project revenue bill and the issuance of innovative bonds such as the first overseas debt projects in Jiangsu province, among others. In addition, Ye focuses on the legal needs of national cultural heritage, leading a team of the firm’s lawyers in various practice areas to assist in the protection of world cultural heritage sites and other key national cultural relics administered by the Dunhuang Academy. These include the Mogao Grottos, the Maijishan Grottos, the West Thousand Buddha Cave and the Qingyang North Grotto Temple.
