Yang Wei is a managing partner and vice director of DeHeng Law Offices’ Nanning branch; on the Chinese Justice Department’s list of 1,000 leading lawyers in the area of cross-border legal services; a legislative expert for the Standing Committee of the Guangxi People’s Congress; Mediator of CCIC Mediation Center (Guangxi); Mediator of Guangxi International Civil & Commerce Mediation Center; Arbitrator of the Hainan International Arbitration Center.

Yang has been working as a government lawyer, corporate in-house counsel and practising lawyer for nearly 30 years. She has devoted herself to the area of corporate law, M&A, and compliance.
