Yang Furong

Introduction

Yang Furong is a senior counsel at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, secretary-general of the Beijing Dacheng Dispute Resolution Professional Committee, an outstanding expert of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate Civil and Administrative Procuratorial Expert Consultation Network, as well as a hearing officer at the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate.

She was recommended on the A-list legal elite list of outstanding lawyers for Chinese business by the China Business Law Journal and the “excellent lawyers & law firms recommended by China’s well-known enterprise law” client selection lawyer.

Yang has been engaged in procuratorial work for ten years, concurrently serving as the head of the public prosecution department and case management office. She is an outstanding prosecutor and backbone of public prosecution business in Beijing, and a lecturer of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s high-quality public prosecution course. She has been engaged in the examination of difficult and complex economic cases and duty crimes for many years, and has handled a bribery case and a large number of influential economic crime cases of fraud and illegal business. Yang has also obtained the CIA qualification certification for registered internal auditors in the US, participating in guiding the internal audit and operational risk control of real estate enterprises, as well as core business decision making. She has rich legal practice experience and corporate management experience.

She has excellent experience and outstanding performance in finance, corporate equity and governance, bankruptcy, and real estate. She served a wide range of clients, including SOEs, central SOEs, and other well-known enterprises in financial, real estate, construction, energy, and other industries. She has represented them in numerous arbitration and litigation cases before CIETAC, BAC, the Supreme People’s Court, and other people’s courts at various levels across the country, with a total amount in dispute of billions of RMB. Based on years of judicial practice, she is able to maximise clients’ business goals by developing and implementing actionable litigation strategies for them.
