Wu Yang

Introduction

Wu Yang’s main practice area is banking & finance. She has extensive experience in structured finance, investment and financing of infrastructure/real estate, consumer finance, inclusive finance, and financial asset management. Especially in the investment and financing of infrastructure, she has served various innovative models, including: “investment and financing + EPC” mode; FEPC mode; “fund + EPC” mode; and “franchising + EPC” mode. She has led the team to take a leading position in infrastructure investment and financing with the participation of financial institutions. After the promulgation of new regulations on trust classification, Wu led the team to actively participate in the business transformation of trust company clients, assisting them in landing the first bankruptcy reorganisation service trust, market-based restructuring service trust, remuneration incentive service trust, prepaid administrative service trust, and other asset service trusts.

CBLJ awarded the “Trust Bank” project, the first project that Wu led, as a Deal of the Year.

Wu graduated from Central University for Nationalities and obtained Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate degrees in Law.
