Wang Yi

Introduction

Yi Wang began his legal career with a well-known insurance company in 2006. In March 2017, he joined Llinks as a partner. Wang supports clients in a broad range of well-known domestic insurance institutions, asset management institutions, private equity funds, trust companies, and so on. He specialises in the areas of asset management and private equity investment, especially insurance asset management. Wang has rich practice experience in direct equity investment, private equity investment, real estate investment, overseas investment, and insurance asset management. He is also proficient in the establishment and investment of private equity funds, trust plan investment, M&A, construction and real estate investment and financing. Wang is a member of the first and second sessions of the Legal and Compliance Professional Committees of the Insurance Asset Management Association of China (IAMAC). He participated in the co-authoring of IAMAC’s Comprehensive Practice of Risk Management for the Use of Insurance Funds (2019), Investment Guide for Foreign Institutions in China’s Banking and Insurance Industry (2019), Legal Risks and Dispute Resolution Counter-Measures for Large Asset Management (2021), and Compilation of Laws, Regulations and Regulatory Documents Related to the Use of Insurance Funds (2018, 2019).
